Here is some news and updates for Monday July 30, 2018 [Week 16 of 16]

TEAM UNIFORMS

Some of the uniforms parents ordered did not fit — please notify either Coach Wanda (734-276-5164) or myself, and we will try our best to exchange or return them next week after the AAU Junior Olympics is over.

REMAINING TRACK PRACTICES

The athletes competing in the AAU Junior Olympics have been contacted separately.

REMAINING SUMMER XC PRACTICES

The following “summer XC” practices remain:

- Monday, July 30
- Wednesday, August 1
- Thursday, August 2
- Monday, August 6
- Wednesday, August 8
- Thursday, August 9

All summer XC practices start at 6:30 PM. The group meets at the north end of the Pioneer High School track, and they go out on runs from there.

END OF THE SEASON CELEBRATION

Our annual outdoor track “end of the season” celebration (for those who have participated in the outdoor track season) takes place Saturday August 11 at “Rolling Hills County Park”, Stay tuned for more details.

PLUMBERS & PIPE-FITTERS 5K RUN

The annual “Plumbers and Pipe-Fitters 5K Run” takes place Monday night August 13 in downtown Ann Arbor. Coach Gary Morgan is the event director and he needs some volunteers that night. Please contract Gary (248-396-4936) or myself if you can help. Registration is open for those who want to race in it — I have registration forms for those interested.
